Shomi Online Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:
    • If you receive a defective or damaged product, you are eligible for a Replace /Refund
    • Please notify us within 3 days of receiving the item.
  2. Wrong Product Delivered:
    • If the product delivered does not match your order, you can request a refund or replacement.
  3. Change of Mind:
    • Refunds for "change of mind" are not applicable.

 Refund Process

  1. Initiating a Refund Request:

    • Include your order number, reason for refund, and any supporting photos.
  2. Inspection and Approval:
    • Once we receive the product, our team will inspect it within 3 business days.
    • If approved, the refund process will be initiated.
    • Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7business days after approval.
  • The amount will be credited to your Via IBFT.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Products purchased during a sale or promotion.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence.
