All products purchased from shomiofficial.com can be exchanged within 07 days only if the item(s) is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased. Replacement will be sent in case a defected/ damaged item is shipped both domestically and internationally. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item at orders@shomiofficial.com or calling at 031-111-SHOMI (031-111-74664), within 07 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.
